    The service continues to experience up and down periods. These periods, along with intermittent issues when accessible are all part of the same issue. We continue to monitor the situation as it evolves.

    Customers are reporting that generating PDFs are experiencing issues. We have confirmed this issue and it is related to the Google outage and the logos stored on the servers used in the PDFs. As their services continue to recover this feature should return to normal operations.

    Some customers who are accessing the portal in the central part of the country are reporting access issues. This seems to be tied to Google's hosting center US Central 1 still recovering from the down issue.

    Google Update: Our engineers are continuing to mitigate the issue and we have confirmation that the issue is recovered in some locations. We do not have an ETA on full mitigation at this point.
