There are times where a quote comes in that has exceeded your quote review settings and there are companies who don’t use instant pricing all together. We have added the ability to mark a quote as reviewed which triggers the system to then allow customers to see pricing when you send them emails. This function was designed to eliminate any situations where a customer is able to see pricing on a quote that has not been reviewed and updated by a company representative.
Improved filtering across multiple reports
We have improved the filters on many of the most used reports to allow for better filtering and more options.
New “Dispatch Expenses” Report
The new dispatch expense report will allow you to track the items that are logged in individual dispatches including fuel, hotel, parking, per diem, tolls and others.
Hyperlink to Contacts Detail Page from Quotes/Bookings
Customers asked that there be a more streamlined way to go from an individual quote or booking into a contact record. We have built a hyperlink that takes you straight there with no additional steps.
“Display Other Driver Information Across Booking” Option Added for Work Tickets
Previously, the “other drivers information” which prints on the driver dispatch documents was limited to those drivers on the same route. Customers pointed out that there are times where they would like their drivers to have visibility of the drivers who are all on the same booking in cases where there are multiple routes which are all traveling at the same time. You now have the ability in the booking to enable this feature.
Added “Create Booking” and “Create Quotes” button to Contact Detail Page
Customers asked that we add a button to the contact detail page where they could quickly start a quote or booking. This feature has been added.
New “Hide from Dispatch” Column on Booking Detail Page for Routes
On the route section of the booking detail page, we have added a “hidden from dispatch section” that will allow a quick look at what is being shown to the dispatch team as part of the move.
New “Email Logs” Report for Contacts
The new email log report can be found under reports/contacts/Email Logs. This report will show you all of the emails being sent which can be filtered by the association of the email (quote, booking, invoice, ect) and will show both manually triggered emails and automated emails.
Added “Total Hours” to Payroll Period Export
Companies using TBNs payroll tool have asked that we add a “total hours” feature to the payroll period export to make it easier to communicate with drivers about their total period hours. This is now included in every export.
Added “Print Ticket” Column to Dispatch Main Report Column Preferences
This feature has been designed to help save time when printing individual dispatch documents. Now on the dispatch main report you can choose to add a column with the “update column preferences” tool that will display a print ticket button. Clicking this button will print that individual dispatches driver work ticket.
Reorganization of the Account Settings page for ease of use
The TBN Account settings page has been reorganized for easy of use.
Added “Driver Absence” Report
Companies have asked for a report that they can choose by date range and absence event type that they can use to see and manage driver absence events. You can access this new report under Reports/Driver/Driver absence Report
Added “Create Quote” button to Organization Detail Page
Customers asked for the ability to start the quote process directly from the Organization detail Page. You can now find that button on the top right.
Added Color Preview buttons for Configuration Settings
Custom color configuration in TBN allows you to build a known set of colors that mean different things in the dispatch process on both the Dispatch main report and the visitation reports (driver availability, vehicle availability, and scheduler) These colors have, in the past, not been as easy to test when setting them. This new functionality allows you to preview what this will look like as you set them. You can find the color settings, and this new preview section, in the company settings/account settings in the color settings tab.
Added Invoice Sending functionality to the Invoice Main Report and Contact Detail Page
We have added a mail icon to the far right of the invoice main report and the invoice section on the contact detail page that allow you to quickly send that invoice to that customer.
