UP 2.33 – Part 3 Release Notes 

• Changed date format on invoices to MM-DD-YYYY 

• Added the ability to paste email addresses in the address fields when sending emails 

• Added color coding for driver preferences on the Booking Details page 

• Driver preferences are now organized by contact on the Organization Details page 

• Changes on the Manage Contacts Report are now logged on the Contact Details page 

• Updating an organization on the Manage Contacts Report will now give the option to update contact financial information to match the organization 

• Removing vehicle assignments by setting a vehicle to inactive is now logged on the Booking, Route, and Dispatch Details pages 

• Changes on the Manage Vehicle Inventory Report are now logged on the Vehicle Details page 

• Changes on the Manage Drivers Report are now logged on the Driver Details page 

• Removing driver assignments by setting a driver to inactive or terminated is now logged on the Dispatch Details pages

• Updated Billing Contact field to always populate in the Process Invoices modal 

• Added Invoice Payment Status filter to the Invoices dashboard 

• Yard filter will now remain when leaving and returning to the Vehicle Inventory page 

• Added hyperlinks to the Organization and Billing Contact on the AR Aging Report 

• Price Change modal will now be displayed when adding a contract rate on the Route Details page 

• Extra Trip Mileage Allowance % is now functional

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed a bug when clicked a route hyperlink on the Planned vs Actuals Report 

• Fixed a bug with the “Auto-Verify Eligible Records” button on Payroll Review page 

• Fixed a bug causing payment terms to not display on the Manage Organizations Report 

• Fixed a bug where organizations were incorrectly removed from a contact on the Manage Contacts Report 

• Fixed a bug which didn’t allow a date to be set for some fields on the Manage Vehicle Inventory Report 

• Fixed a bug with the date range filter on the Addons Revenue Report 

• Fixed a bug with the date filters not respecting day or year on the Invoices dashboard 

• Resolved an “Access Denied” error that was occurring on the Manage Organizations Report
