SalesDriver
What changes will my customer see?
Changes to the quote architecture that allows for instant quotes to be built, changed, refined, and managed by the customer in real-time.
What changes will my company see?
Sales dashboards: This will make managing quotes and watching sales easier than ever. Watch in real-time as quotes come in, are assigned to sales people, as they are followed up with, and as they book. Filter by date ranges and truly weaponize your data.
Quote Expiration: you can now set a period of time in your account that quotes automatically expire and a customer can no longer click the request a booking button.
Open Status: You wanted to be able to see if your sales team had opened quotes. Now if a quote has not been opened you will see it graphically in the dashboard. No more wondering what the sales team has or hasn’t done.
Price Calendars: Our customers are realizing more profit through the management of their pricing calendars. We have made these calendars easier to manage for faster, more dynamic changes.
Fuel Surcharges: You asked, we listened. You can now specifically add and manage fuel surcharges including deciding to show it to the customer or not.
Pricing Add-ons: We have made pricing add-ons (fees) easier to manage including new support for adding them by trip features or by vehicle. This makes fee management easier, more intuitive and ultimately more profitable.
Email notifications: Sales people asked for a notification to be sent to them when a new quote comes in so they don't have to check the dashboard regularly. Now it will.
Change logging: this is functionality you probably don't care about… until you do. We now log changes to quotes and pricing calendar so you will know what changed, when, and by who. If something goes wrong, you can figure out who needs a bit more training.
Bug fixes and refinements: A bunch of stuff you definitely don't care about but that will make using SalesDriver even easier and more intuitive.
What to watch for in Q1 2022
Booking widget 2.0: we're refining the online experience for your customers based on what we have learned from over 50,000 successful bookings.
Waitlisting: We’re adding a waitlist function for customers who want to book when you are sold out. This ensures you land the business if equipment or drivers become available.
Sales Process Automation: True sales automation with email as it’s backbone. Follow up on open quotes, ask for the booking, remind about expiring quotes, and more. All based on the date of the request and the date of the trip…. All automatically.
Training & Tutorial Resources: Need to get a sales person up to speed? Need to more effectively use the pricing calendars to harvest more profit? We’re building a library of training materials that will help you use the TBN tools more effectively.
