Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for phone-based lead development and nurturing, follow-up with marketing derived leads, conducting software demos via video conferencing, and fostering customer relationships and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone-Based Lead Development and Nurturing:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to identify opportunities and nurture leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Marketing Leads Follow-up:
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Understand prospect needs and tailor communication to address their specific requirements.
- Software Demos via Video Conferencing:
- Conduct engaging and informative software demonstrations via video conferencing.
- Showcase the capabilities and benefits of TB's SAAS solutions to potential clients.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to encourage advocacy and referrals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Traits:
- Sales experience is required.
- Motorcoach transportation company experience is a plus.
- Strong phone-based sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels, including phone, in-person, email, and other digital platforms.
Position Includes:
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience.
- Commissions available once trained and comfortable doing autonomous sales.
