How to Use Email to Sell Value to Your Customers
July 7, 2026
This release delivers a range of new features, workflow improvements, and fixes across dispatch planning, bookings, payroll, invoicing, and reporting. The highlights are summarized below. If you have questions about any item, please contact your account team or reach out to support.
What’s New
- Booking Notes on the Booking Detail page. Add notes to a booking that automatically flow through to its routes and dispatches as read-only information, so dispatchers and drivers all see the same details. If a booking has no notes, the field stays hidden on the route and dispatch pages.
- Print all driver paperwork for a booking or route. A new “Print All Work Tickets” button on the Booking and Route Detail pages generates a single PDF containing the work tickets for every dispatch on that booking or route.
- Inline print buttons on the Driver Detail page. Print buttons now appear directly in the Past and Upcoming sections of the Driver Detail page, letting you print an individual work ticket for an assignment — a big help when pulling paperwork for DOT audits.
- Quotes lock after conversion to a booking. Once a quote is converted to a booking it is locked from editing to prevent accidental changes. You can still use Copy Quote or Create Variation if you need to make revisions.
- Duplicate VIN protection in vehicle inventory. When you save a vehicle, the system now checks for another vehicle in your enterprise with the same VIN and warns you before creating a duplicate inventory record.
- Salesperson field on the Invoice Detail page. The salesperson now appears on the Invoice Detail page. It is read-only for invoices tied to a booking, and editable on free-entry invoices so they show up correctly against the right salesperson on AR aging reports.
- Print PDF option on the Invoices report. A new Print PDF button is available on the Invoices report as a company column preference (hidden by default). It is sized so it does not affect row height.
- Add tax on Schedule Service. You can now add tax to the vehicle request and add-on request sections directly on the Schedule Service route, instead of opening each individual route to apply taxes.
- Price Rounding for Contract Rates. A Price Rounding option can now be set for contract rates, so exact contract pricing is applied automatically and no longer requires the manual price-override workaround.
- “Hide Driver Actuals” account setting. A new account setting hides the actuals section from the driver work ticket and overrides the per-segment actuals display so no actuals are shown.
- “Hide Dispatches Not Departing Today” on more reports. This checkbox is now available on the Scheduler and Availability reports, matching the behavior already on the Dispatch Main Report.
- Base of Operation filter on the Dispatch Planning report. Filter both the driver and vehicle views of the Dispatch Planning report by base of operation, making it easier to focus on a single yard.
- More detail in the Preview Payroll Entries modal. Added “Driver Start” and “Driver End” times to the Preview Payroll Entries modal for easier review before running payroll.
Enhancements & Improvements
- Dispatch Main Report columns. Added Department and Trip Miles as column preferences. Both are sortable and are included when you export the report.
- Vehicle hover details on the Vehicle Availability Report. Hover over a Vehicle ID to see its notes, amenities, and driver qualifications — the same convenient behavior already available on the Driver Availability Report.
- Vehicle ID always fully visible on the Dispatch Planning report. The Vehicle ID column is no longer abbreviated or cut off, so the full ID is visible at all times.
- Improved affiliate dropdowns. Affiliate assignment dropdowns are now sorted alphabetically and support type-to-search, matching the driver dropdown on the Dispatch Main Report.
- Faster availability lookups. The vehicle and driver availability dropdown on the Dispatch Main Report loads noticeably faster when “List Only Available Drivers/Vehicles” is enabled, and typing no longer triggers a lookup on every keystroke.
- Clearer pricing breakdown. Improved the description shown in the Pricing Equation Inputs window on the quote and booking detail pages so the inputs behind a price are easier to understand.
- “Switch to Desktop Mode” on mobile. Added a “Switch to Desktop Mode” button to the mobile Dispatch Main Report so you can return to the full desktop view on a mobile device.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the date filter on the Not Invoiced report so bookings are correctly returned when filtering by departure or return date range.
- Customer Group is now saved correctly when a new contact is created while converting a quote to a booking.
- Fixed overtime hours not being captured correctly in payroll caused by stale trip data.
- Fixed the Driver Payroll Certifications report where the export options were hidden behind the export button.
- Personal column preferences now save reliably on the Dispatch Main Report (both parent-company and company pages) and no longer revert after a few days.
- Fixed out-of-service event bars extending past their actual end dates on the Dispatch Planning report.
- The Preview Payroll Entries modal now displays the Booking ID, scheduled-service contract, school-bus contract, or other assignment reference instead of showing blank.
- Trips that do not depart from your yard now appear under the “Hide Dispatches Not Departing Today” filter so they are no longer missed.
- Fixed no drivers appearing when composing a bulk message to drivers.
- Fixed an issue in the Period Reconciliation tool where invoices contributing to a variance were not being identified.
- Resolved several data-loading errors affecting organization quotes, imported organizations, driver preferences, and activity logs.
- Updated the payment processing (Payroc) integration and added improved logging for refund failures to speed up support resolution.
