This release introduces new notifications, payroll and scheduling enhancements, and a range of fixes across dispatch, scheduling, payroll, and billing. The highlights are summarized below. If you have questions about any item, please contact your account team or reach out to support.

What’s New

• Late-change notifications for driver and vehicle swaps. You can now be notified when a driver or vehicle is changed within a set number of hours before departure. A configurable “Hours Before Departure” threshold controls when each notification triggers.
• Pay rate group and department code mapping for Other Assignments. Department codes and pay rate groups can now be mapped for Other Assignments based on the assignment type and the driver’s primary yard, removing the need to select them manually each time and reducing payroll errors.
• Payroll detail export for external payroll systems. A new payroll detail export provides driver, date, hours, and pay-code information in a format that can be imported into external payroll systems such as Paychex.
• Select multiple dates when copying a route. When copying a route you can now choose several dates at once instead of copying to one date at a time.
• New “Office Driver” employment type. Added an Office Driver employment type in a driver’s Employment Info, giving you an additional category for classifying drivers.
• Filter customer type by company. Customer type can now be filtered by company, making it easier to work with the right set of customers in multi-company setups.
• School dispatch publishing. Added a Publish Assignments button and configurable publish column preferences to the School Dispatch Report, plus an Auto-Publish School Dispatches option on the School Contract and School Route Detail pages so assignments can be shared automatically.

Enhancements & Improvements

• “Driver Willingness” is now “Driver’s Preferences”. The Driver Willingness area has been reworked and rebranded as Driver’s Preferences for clearer, more intuitive language.
• Clearer guidance on automatic calculations. Added helper text to the “Disable Automatic Calculations” setting so its effect is easier to understand.

Bug Fixes

• Dispatch conflict and driver license-expiry warnings now fire correctly when a conflict or expiry exists.
• Improved the wash schedule
• Improved the date filter on the Dispatch Main Report.
• Add-on charges are now correctly carried over into the trip price.
• Fixed column “full text” toggle on the Dispatch Main Report

Security & Reliability

• Hardened contract-rate editing so changes are correctly scoped to the owning company, preventing any cross-enterprise.
