Account Settings for Enterprise and Parent Company
The Enterprise and Parent Company dashboards each have a new Account Settings page, so you can manage account-level settings in one place.

Email Settings and Email Templates

Enterprise dashboard: A new Email Settings page and Email Templates let you control how emails go out across your companies.
Parent Company dashboard: A new Email Settings page lets you turn on the Pay Now button in customer emails.

Aides and Monitors
You can now assign drivers as Aides or Monitors. Each dropdown only lists the people who fit the role you’re assigning.

Improvements

Verify on new Other Assignments: You can verify an Other Assignment while you’re creating it, so you no longer have to save it and open it again.
Yard legs on linked trips: Linked trips now keep their departure and return yard legs. The legs show on the schedulers and are included in trip pricing.
Statements from Organizations: Statements sent from an Organization now go to the billing contact instead of the primary contact.
Driver Actual records: The Driver Actual window now notes that integrations won’t overwrite records that were verified or edited by hand.
Driver Employment Status: Company Admin and Company Setup users can now edit Employment Status on existing drivers.
Korin and Write with AI: Both now run on Gemini 3.8.
