Dispatch & Scheduling
Dispatch Planning upgrades: Vehicle View has an Assigned Driver column and Driver View has a Vehicle ID column. Every column can be sorted, and searching now finds trips, customers, drivers and vehicles in one place.
Saved default filters on more boards: Driver Availability, Vehicle Availability and Dispatch Planning now open with your saved filters, such as day count, view and sort order.
Synced availability scrolling: On Driver and Vehicle Availability, the assigned and unassigned grids now scroll together.
Driver Rejected color: A new Dispatch Main Report color in Account Settings highlights trips a driver has rejected.
New Dispatch Main Report columns: Linked Trips, Monitor and Aide are now available as column preferences.
Passenger counts per vehicle: Enter a passenger count for each vehicle, and the route shows the total.
Organization driver preferences: Organization-level preferred drivers now appear in driver dropdowns, marked “(Org)”, below the contact’s preferences.
Scheduled Service yard trips: Scheduled Service routes now support one-stop-to-yard and yard-to-one-stop trips.
Drivers & Payroll
Driver termination workflow: Setting a driver to Terminated asks for an end date, marks the driver unavailable, suspends them and their portal access, and logs every change.
Pay stubs use actuals: Pay stubs now show actual driver times, with a nested summary when a dispatch has more than one actual.
Bamboo payroll export: Payroll Periods can now be exported in a format ready for BambooHR.
Paychex Worker ID search: You can now find a driver by their Paychex Worker ID.
Tours
Copy Tour Itinerary: Copy an itinerary within a tour with one click instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
Emergency contacts for passengers: Tours can collect an emergency contact name and phone number from passengers, as optional or required. Both fields are included in passenger exports.
Passengers report: Adds column preferences for every passenger field (birthdays included) and an Export button.
Reports
AR Aging: Adds Department and Status (Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91+) columns, plus column preferences.
Dispatch Prices: Adds column preferences and optional Actual Hours and Actual Miles columns.
Adjusted Price report: Now available on the Parent Company and Enterprise dashboards, with Company and Parent Company columns and filters. Contact and Organization columns were also added.
Bookings dashboard: Latest Return Date is now available as a column preference.
Driver Actuals report: Adds Collapse All, a Pay Rate Group filter, and exports that follow your filters.
Vehicle Inventory: Adds For Sale, Title #, Title Holder/Lienholder and Camera Type fields, plus optional columns for Notes, Toll Tag ID and custom expiration fields.
Accident reporting: Adds Assigned Agent Contact, Phone and Email, Loss Paid and Loss Reserve fields, each also available as a column.
Accounting
Transactions search: The Financial > Accounting > Transactions dashboard has a search bar for finding one client’s transactions, or a specific amount.
Hidden-from-invoice route color: Routes hidden from the invoice are now color-coded on the Booking Detail page.
Quotes, Booking Widget & Booking Rates
Blocked Emails: Add email addresses under Account Settings > Quote Review Settings. Web quotes from those addresses get no live price and are automatically set to the status you choose.
Return-trip prompt: When a trip is built as a one way trip, for extra clarity, Booking Rates now offers to add the return leg and suggests a pickup time.
Call Us reasons: On the Quotes Report, hover over the Call Us Message checkmark to see which pricing rules triggered it.
Default Required Amenities: Contacts and Organizations can store amenities that are applied automatically to their quotes and bookings.
Customer & Driver Portals
Portal text color: The text color in the Customer Portal and Driver Portal can now be changed under Account Settings.
Korin
Industry shorthand: Korin recognizes shorthand like P/U (pickup) and D/O (drop-off) when building trips.
Availability checks on time changes: When an edit moves a trip’s times, Korin checks driver and vehicle availability for the new times.
Associations
Association listing opt-out: Member companies can opt out of a specific association’s directory from Profile Settings. Each choice is recorded.
Improvements
Delete booking documents: All Company Admin users can now delete booking documents.
Other Assignments: The dropdowns are now alphabetized.
Statement PDFs: Formatting is cleaner.
